Booking Terms and Conditions
The booking terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Mystique Monde Voyages (MMV) and you. It is mandatory to thoroughly read and understand them as they establish the legal relationship with MMV.
Payment Terms
To secure your trip, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total payment is required, as per the Terms and Conditions policy. In the event of a cancellation, the company will not refund the deposit. However, you may postpone your trip for up to one year, provided you notify us at least three weeks prior to the scheduled departure date.
Passport Information
Please email a scanned copy of your passport to info@mystiquevoyages.com.np. Upon receiving the passport copies of all participants along with the advance payment, we will send you a final confirmation receipt.
Note: A copy of your passport is necessary for booking confirmations related to flights, hotels, trekking permits, and other legal processes as required for your trip. Additionally, all participants’ passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Nepal.

Note: Any bank service charges that may apply during the deposit process are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Instructions
Please instruct your bank to authenticate the payment via SWIFT or a Tested Telex message, using the bank details and correct company address provided above. The transfer service charges are the responsibility of the sender. Ensure that we receive the full invoiced amount from your bank.
If your bank does not have a direct connection with our bank, additional bank commissions may be deducted from the deposited amount. Therefore, please verify this with your bank and remit the payment accordingly.
Transfer Accuracy
For an efficient transfer, ensure all payment details are accurate. Any errors or inaccuracies may delay the reservation process. Deposits are required to be guaranteed at the time of reservation.
Credit Card Payments
For credit card payments, please contact us directly. We accept Visa and MasterCard for final payment upon arrival in Kathmandu. Please note that a 4% bank service charge will be applied for card processing fees.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Nepal by cash or credit card.
Cancellations of the Trips
According to the Terms and Conditions policy, clients have the freedom to cancel their trips for any reason. We do not enforce mandatory trips on any of our customers. Refunds are provided based on the cancellation dates as outlined below:
- Cancellation before 60 days of departure: Full refund
- Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation before 15 days of departure: 25% refund
- Cancellation within 10 days of departure or after the trip has commenced: No refund
If MMV cancels your trip, a full refund of the deposit and payments will be issued. However, if the cancellation is due to civil unrest or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, reasonable expenses already incurred for trip preparations will be deducted from the deposited amount.
Incomplete Trip Policy
We are not responsible for refunds in the event of an incomplete trip, regardless of the reason for turning back. It is essential to communicate with us or your guide before deciding to abandon the trip.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients participating in any tour or trek. It must offer comprehensive coverage for the entire duration of the tour or trek, including personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, and loss of luggage.
